    ADOT open house March 5

    on I-10-SR 90 interchange

The Arizona Department of Transportation will be holding an open house March 5 regarding the planned Interstate 10-Highway 90 traffic interchange.

The event will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Cochise College’s Benson campus, 1025 S. Highway 90. There will be a presentation at 6 p.m.

The project is aimed at improving the interchange in that corridor by moving I-10 slightly to the north and straightening roadway curves along I-10. ADOT says these changes will improve the safety of the corridor and increase the capacity of the interchange. The project is being done by ADOT and the URS Corp.

For project information, call Evelyn Ma, the ADOT project manager, at (602) 712-6660, or Jody Rodriguez, the URS Corp. design consultant, at (520) 887-1800.
