"Stephanie is a vibrant and enthusiastic young lady - excited about her school achievements and upcoming graduation," said school Principal Angela Grizzle. "Stephanie brightens the room when she walks in; her positivity is contagious. She is ahead in her coursework, having already earned two credits since the school year started. Stephanie's behavior and attendance are impeccable; we have enjoyed her presence at our school these past three years.
"Stephanie recently completed a 60-hour job shadow at Quiburi Good Samaritan Mission, where she gained valuable experience and skills; she received high school credit for this internship. After graduation, Stephanie plans to attend college to become a nurse," said Grizzle.
As Student of the Month, Clayton will be recognized at the SPVHS graduation ceremony in December with a plaque. In addition, her name will remain on the 2009-2010 SY Student of the Month perpetual plaque that hangs in the school's front office.
