Tyler Wayne Murray, 66, of Surprise, Ariz., died at home early Friday morning, Jan. 22, 2010. A service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in St. David at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010 following the viewing at 9 a.m. Graveside service will follow.
Wayne served a mission for the LDS Church in Scotland and enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren. He kept us all smiling with his stories and ornery sense of humor.
He will be dearly missed and is survived by his wife, Phyllis McRae Murray; his son Bret and wife, Dena (Darby), and their children, Jessica, Tyler, Emmet, McKenna, Cooper and Chet; daughter Kristie and her children, Brittany and Brian; daughter Kendra and husband, Ronald Tillett, and their children, Jason, Ryan, Daniel, Justin, Wyatt, Hunter and Damian; daughter Kara and husband, Scott Simon, and their children, Aiden and Gavin; daughter Kaylene and husband, Mark Inman, and their children, Baylee, Kodi, Chase, Kaimbrey and Ryder; son Clint and wife, Adrea (Beal), and their son Clark. Wayne is also survived by his siblings, Merilee (Rex East), David (Pam), Deanna (Albert Jacquez), Carol (Steve Laws), and Brian (Heather). He was preceded in death by his parents, Tyler Clifton and Esther Louise Murray and younger brother Alan.
Arrangements are being handled by Richardson's Remembrance Center in Benson.
