Recently I read a letter from a Benson resident commenting on the "Live in Benson? Shop in Benson" campaign.
In an effort to support local businesses, the Benson/San Pedro Valley Chamber of Commerce created this campaign to heighten community awareness of our local merchants.
I would like to thank the letter's author for the great free publicity that they provided.
I'm also certain that the residents of Tucson would also like to thank him for his generous contribution to the sales tax that he spent to benefit their community.
