PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - RFP 20-14-FAC-03 FIRE PREVENTION TESTING AND MONITORING REQUESTED BY COCHISE COUNTY PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT ON BEHALF OF COCHISE COUNTY FACILITIES DEPARTMENTRESPONSE DUE DATE: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2019 BY 4:00 P.M., LOCAL TIME Notice is hereby given that Cochise County is hereby issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be accepting submissions for Fire Prevention Testing and Monitoring for the Cochise County Facilities Department. The submittals will be publicly opened and read in the Procurement Department conference room located at 1415 Melody Lane, Building C, Bisbee AZ 85603 at the time specified as the response due date. Only the firm's name will be read aloud. Any submittal received after the date and time specified above will be considered unresponsive and may not be included within the competitive pooling of responsive and responsible vendor submissions. Sealed submittals are to be submitted on the website outlined below. Submittals must be uploaded prior to the time specified. Copies of the solicitation are available on the Cochise County Procurement Department E-Procurement web site at https://cochise.bonfirehub.com. Interested vendors are required to register prior to viewing or submitting bids. Registration can be accomplished by clicking the ”LOGIN” tab and clicking the “VENDOR REGISTRATION” link. If additional information is needed regarding registering for the site, please click on the “Contact Bonfire Support here” link, otherwise, for inquiries regarding the solicitation, please contact the Procurement Representative, Anne Coppola, Buyer by phone (520) 432-8394, fax (520) 432-8397, TDD (520) 432-8360, or e-mail acoppola@cochise.az.gov. All correspondence must be made through the e-procurement site specified. The Cochise County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any offer or any part thereof; to defer action on the offers; to reject all offers and to waive any informalities in the proposal procedures. Deviations from the solicitation specifications may be considered at the option of the Board of Supervisors. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the Cochise County E-Procurement website for possible addenda to this solicitation and/or to inform him/herself of the most current specifications, terms and conditions and to submit his/her submittal in accordance with the original solicitation requirements and all addenda. All available solicitations and related addenda can be found at https://cochise.bonfirehub.com. Failure of the Offeror to obtain this information shall not relieve him/her of the requirements contained therein.
