BENSON — Benson Public Library’s Guest Speaker and Lecture Series continues this month with a full roster of speakers.
Lectures are held each Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the library, 300 S. Huachuca St.
Mark your calendars for Dec. 5 for Paul Kerchum. The World War II veteran is one of just more than a handful of Bataan Death March survivors remaining. Kerchum, a sought after speaker, delivered the keynote address at the recent Veterans Day observance.
Guest Speaker Schedule:
Dec. 19: Kimber and Debra Trejo present “How to be Disease Free.” Learn two ways to look at health, six everyday life choices, and three causes of illness.
The scheduled Dec. 12 presentation by Morgen Hartford of Alzheimer’s Association’s “Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia,” will be rescheduled to an as yet to be determined date.
The lecture series will continue into the new year.
