BENSON — Cochise Terrace RV Resort is hosting an open house on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Located one mile south of Exit 302 off Interstate 10, the open house is designed to showcase the 55-acre property and its amenities, said Art Bale, one of the owners.
“I’m looking forward to this event that our daughter Suzanne (Beninate), who owns the resort with us, set up to showcase what we have to offer,” Bale said. “We want winter visitors and residents to know what kinds of services we have, and we want to familiarize the community with services that Benson has to offer.”
Saturday’s “Community A-Fair” features a lineup of activities, including opportunities to meet local businesses, tour the resort and properties for sale, make new friends, pet donkeys from Forever Home Donkey Rescue and take complementary dance lessons from Bob and Jenna of Sierra Vista Ballroom Dancing. Dance sessions and times are: ChaCha at 11 a.m.; Cupid Shuffle at noon and the East Coast Swing at 1 p.m.
Cochise Terrace RV Resort, also CT RV Resort, is known for its large, spacious lots with 20, 30 and 50 amp hook-ups, friendly staff and spectacular views. Other amenities include a pool, hot tub, onsite propane services, WiFi and cable TV for Rvers, along with a list of social activities and a community center for gatherings, to name just some of the property’s features.
Located at 1030 S. Barrel Cactus Ridge in Benson, Saturday’s event is free and open to the public.
