Our beloved, Arlene E. Taylor, 91, of Benson, AZ passed away on December 21, 2019 after she laid down to rest for the night. Born on June 25, 1928 in Omaha, NE to the late Melvin J. Erickson and Alice F. (Tolbert) Erickson, the family moved many times before settling in Cashmere, WA. Arlene graduated from Cashmere High School in 1946 and attended Whitman College where she met and married her lifelong sweetheart, Lowell W. Taylor.

Arlene and Lowell made home in seven different States due to the nature of his profession. Always quick to make friends and actively participate in community, she found many volunteer opportunities at every new residence whether at a Childrens hospital or the Fred Hutchinson Cancer research center. Her greatest joy was raising her five children and participating in her childrens and grandchildrens lives. Her greatest passion was to learn, know, and experience as much of everything that life had to offer and she shared these experiences with everyone near her enriching all whom she touched.
