The Benson|San Pedro Valley Chamber of Commerce thank all who joined us in our 2019 Christmas OFF Main celebration. This includes not just our generous sponsors and multitude of vendors, but also the members of our community who came out to participate in the tribute to our military Veterans.

Once again we are grateful to our Snow Angel Title Sponsor, the City of Benson, whose substantial support gave us the ability to advertise over a wide range of media. We are thankful to our Reindeer Wranglers, the San Pedro Valley News-Sun and Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Coop, plus our Bell Ringers Long Realty, Tierra Antigua and Arizona G&T. Because of their continuing support, our community event was a success.

A special thank you to Suzzi Wells, who single-handedly distributed event posters. We had a whole host of Elves, too! Broxton Coffee, Love Your Nails, Body & Soul Relaxation, Mystic Raven, Eve Schaefer’s Mary Kay, Zearing’s Mercantile and White Buffalo all contributed wonderful gift packages for raffling.

The Arizona Army National Guard, Fault Line Players, Hangman Tattoos, Arizona Geology For Kids and others kept the young folk entertained in Kids’ Kove. Our thanks to the Christmas elves who told stories from their Book of Polar Tales while riding in the horse-drawn carriage from Good Shepherd Ranch.

Thanks to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, there were plenty of chairs. And our gratitude to BK Cacti for assisting wherever needed in setting up and closing down. The sound systems were courtesy Ancient Echoes Entertainment and Unlit Vapors.

The tribute to our military, past and present, was the official opening ceremony. We thank all who participated: Benson Mayor Toney King and Vice Mayor Joe Konrad; Pastor Lupe Diaz; the American Legion; the Benson Barbershoppers;; Mariachi Plata; the Tucson Prunes; the Veterans of Foreign Wars; and Linda Bundy. Our heart-felt thanks to all who serve to keep us free.

To everyone who attended this affair, we thank you and wish you a glorious new year.
