A ruling that could affect the future of the San Pedro River and the Villages at Vigneto development isn’t expected until next year.

SIERRA VISTA – Conservationists are satisfied with the second suspension of the Army Corps of Engineers 404 permit for the beginning phase of Villages at Vigneto in Benson and hope the federal agency will look deeper into the complications the development could make for the San Pedro River.
